Observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2012. The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions on Monday, January 16, 2012.
The durable medical equipment Medicare administrative contractor (DME MAC) Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, January 13, 2012 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox Monday, January 16, 2012.
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 13, 2012 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, January 16, 2012 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, January 16, 2012 with a receipt date of Monday, January 16, 2012.
DME MAC Jurisdictions A, B and C:
- Will not run a cycle on Monday, January 16, 2012.
- DME MAC Reports will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 and will be available for download from CEDI on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
- Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 and will be available from CEDI on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
DME MAC Jurisdiction D:
- Will run a cycle on Monday, January 16, 2012
- DME MAC Reports will be generated with the Monday, January 16, 2012 cycle and will be available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
- Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the Monday, January 16, 2012 cycle available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
