Observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 18, 2010
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2010. The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Monday, January 18, 2010.
DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, January 15, 2010 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox Monday, January 18, 2010.
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 15, 2010 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, January 18, 2010 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, January 18, 2010 with a receipt date of Monday, January 18, 2010.
DME MAC Jurisdictions A and B:
- Will not run a cycle on Monday, January 18, 2010.
- DME MAC Reports will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 and will be available for download from CEDI on Wednesday, January 20, 2010.
- Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 and will be available from CEDI on Wednesday, January 20, 2010.
DME MAC Jurisdiction C and D:
- Will run a cycle on Monday, January 18, 2010
- DME MAC Reports will be generated with the Monday, January 18, 2010 cycle and will be available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 19, 2010.
- Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the Monday, January 18, 2010 cycle available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 19, 2010.
