CEDI Help Desk Phone Lines
Attention All CEDI Trading Partners, Suppliers, Billing Services, Clearinghouses, and Vendors
CEDI is currently experiencing intermittent issues with our CEDI Help Desk phone lines. The lines are not completely down, but callers may or may not be able to connect to a Help Desk Technician.
CEDI has a message on our phone system to let callers know of the situation. If a CEDI customer experiences any problems connecting to a CEDI Help Desk Technician, the message advises the caller to send their issue to the CEDI Help Desk via e-mail.
The e-mail address is ngs.cedihelpdesk@wellpoint.com and should include the following:
- Sender ID
- PTAN or NPI Number
- Phone Number
- Issue
As a reminder, PHI cannot be included in e-mails as this breaches the HIPAA Security guidelines. Once the e-mail is received, it will be worked immediately by a CEDI Help Desk Technician.
