CEDI Observance of the July 4th Holiday

In observance of the July 4th holiday, the National Government Services office will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2011.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time (ET) for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions on Monday, July 4, 2011.

Durable medical equipment Medicare administrative contractor (DME MAC) Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, July 1, 2011 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox between Monday, July 4 and Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, July 4, 2011 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Claims received after 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday, July 1, 2011 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 with a receipt date of Tuesday, July 5, 2011. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced Tuesday night will be available Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
