2012 CEDI Trading Partner Recertification Process

National Government Services, Inc. Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) requires all CEDI Trading Partners to re-certify their user access on an annual basis. This initiative is to strengthen the security of our gateway and ensure that all Trading Partners accessing the CEDI gateway are valid.

Recertification is the responsibility of the owner of the Trading Partner ID used to exchange electronic transactions with CEDI. Suppliers using a billing services or clearinghouses who do not have a Trading Partner ID of their own will not complete the Recertification Form. If you are not sure if you will need to complete the Recertification Form, please contact your billing service/clearinghouse for clarification on your setup.

Recertification will begin on July 2, 2012 and conclude on December 31, 2012. CEDI Trading Partners who have not recertified will be made inactive sixty (60) days after the end of the recertification process.

If you have recently faxed or e-mailed a 2011 Recertification Form to CEDI you will still need to fill out the 2012 Recertification Form electronically on the CEDI Web site.

The 2012 CEDI Recertification Form will be located on the CEDI Web site http://www.ngscedi.com under CEDI Enrollment starting Monday July 2nd, 2012.

The Recertification Form will be completed online and will not need to be faxed to CEDI. Once the forms have been received and processed, CEDI will notify the Trading Partner via the e-mail address submitted on the Recertification Form.
