CEDI Observance of the July 4th Holiday

Attention All CEDI Trading Partners, Suppliers, Billing Services, Clearinghouses, and Vendors

In observance of the July 4th holiday, the National Government Services office will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009. The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Friday, July 3, 2009.

DME MAC Reports and electronic remittance advices produced on Thursday, July 2, 2009 will be delivered to the trading partner's CEDI mailbox between Friday, July 3 and Monday, July 6, 2009.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Friday, July 3, 2009 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 2, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, July 6, 2009 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, July 6, 2009 with a receipt date of Monday, July 6, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Tuesday, July 7, 2009.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced Monday night will be available Tuesday, July 7, 2009.
