Front-End Edit Issue Resolved
CEDI was experiencing an issue causing 4010A1 claims to receive a rejection for an invalid NPI in the Referring Provider loop (2310A), Supervising Provider loop (2310E) and/or Pay To Provider loop (2010AB) although the NPI is valid.
The issue has been resolved. Claims that received a rejection for an invalid NPI in the Referring Provider loop (2310A), Supervising Provider loop (2310E) and/or the Pay To Provider loop (2010AB) will need to be resubmitted.
