CEDI Observance of Labor Day

ATTENTION ALL CEDI TRADING PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, BILLING SERVICES, CLEARINGHOUSES AND VENDORS

In observance of Labor Day, the National Government Services office will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2009.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions on Monday, September 7, 2009.

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, September 4, 2009 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox between Monday, September 7 and Tuesday, September 8, 2009.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, September 7, 2009 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, September 4, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 with a receipt date of Tuesday, September 8, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced Tuesday night will be available Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
