Common Electronic Data Interchange Help Desk Closed for Training October 10, 2011

Provider contact centers are allowed to close for federal holidays to conduct training in lieu of answering telephone inquiries. The Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Help Desk will utilize Monday, October 10, 2011 for training and will not be available to answer phone calls. The CEDI Help Desk will resume answering telephone inquiries on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will remain open for Trading Partners to exchange electronic transactions.

CEDI submitters will still be able to utilize the interactive voice response (IVR) system and the Online Enrollment Status Tool for EDI enrollment inquires on Monday, October 10, 2011.
