Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Help
Desk Closed for Training October 12, 2009
Attention All CEDI Trading Partners, Suppliers, Billing Services, Clearinghouses, and Vendors
Provider contact centers are allowed to close on Federal holidays to conduct training in lieu of answering telephone inquiries. The CEDI Help Desk will utilize Monday, October 12, 2009 for training and will not be available to answer phone calls. The CEDI Help Desk will resume answering telephone inquires on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway will remain open for Trading Partners to exchange electronic transactions.
