Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Observance of Thanksgiving

In observance of Thanksgiving, National Government Services, Inc. offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2009 and Friday, November 27, 2009.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time (ET) for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Thursday, November 26, 2009 and Friday, November 27, 2009.

Claims for all DME MAC Jurisdictions received by CEDI after 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 26, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 27, 2009 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Friday, November 27, 2009 with a receipt date of Friday, November 27, 2009.

DME MAC Jurisdiction A, B, and D
DME MAC Jurisdictions A, B, and D will observe Thursday, November 26, 2009 and Friday, November 27, 2009 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Reports produced by DME MAC Jurisdictions A, B and D for all claims received between 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 26, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 30, 2009 will available for download on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced by Jurisdictions A, B and D with the Wednesday, November 25, 2009 cycle will be available Friday, November 27, 2009. The next ERAs produced by Jurisdictions A, B, and D will be available on Tuesday December 1, 2009.

DME MAC Jurisdiction C
DME MAC Jurisdiction C will observe Thursday, November 26, 2009 as a holiday but will run claim cycles on Friday, November 27, 2009.
