Reminder: CEDI Online Enrollment Status Tool Is Available!
The Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) has provided a tool to check the status of CEDI enrollment forms. The Online Enrollment Status Tool is available 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week and will provide the date the fax was received for enrollment requests.
To access the tool, go to www.ngscedi.com and click on the CEDI Enrollment Application Status Tool page or select Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment and click on the CEDI Enrollment Application Status Tool link. Instructions on how to use the tool have been provided on the page.
To check the status of CEDI enrollment forms, you will need the Request ID (RID) located on the printed copy of each enrollment form submitted. You can also search by the National Provider Identifier (NPI), Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN), and online submission date.
Please allow 24 hours after the online submission before checking status.
The interactive voice response (IVR) option will still be available through the CEDI Help Desk phone number to check the status of submitted CEDI enrollment forms.
