CEDI Observance of the Christmas Holiday

In observance of the Christmas Holiday, the National Government Services office will be closed on Monday, December 26, 2011.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time (ET) for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions.

CEDI will operate as regular business days and deliver claims to all durable medical equipment Medicare administrative contractors (DME MACs) on Friday, December 23, 2011 and Monday, December 26, 2011.

DME MAC Jurisdiction A will observe Friday, December 23, 2011 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run. Jurisdiction A DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Tuesday, December 27, 2011.

DME MAC Jurisdictions B, C, and D will observe Monday, December 26, 2011 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run. Jurisdiction B, C and D DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, December 28, 2011.
