PC-ACE Pro32 software version 2.34 will only submit claims in the 5010A1 format! |
If you did not previously upgrade to version 2.32, you must complete the 5010/D.0 Production Migration form before upgrading your PC-ACE Pro32 software to the 2.34 version. You may upgrade your software while you wait for the form to be processed. If you have already received confirmation from the CEDI Help Desk that your Trading Partner ID was setup for the 5010 transactions, or if you are receiving 277CA report files in response to your claims submissions, you do not need to complete the 5010/D.0 Production Migration form.
To check the current version you are using, click on the Help option on the PC-ACE Pro32 software and select About PC-ACE Pro32.

When you upgrade your PC-ACE Pro32 software to version 2.34, your software will automatically be set to the 5010 format for sending claim files. There are a few changes in the billing that you may want to review before sending your first claim file.
