2011 Schedule of Important CEDI Events
- December 23 - DME MAC Jurisdiction A will not run cycles in observance of Christmas. DME MAC Jurisdictions B, C, and D will run claim cycles. CEDI will receive and process transactions as a normal business day.
- December 26 - CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of Christmas. DME MAC Jurisdictions B, C, and D will not run cycles. DME MAC Jurisdictions A will run claim cycles. CEDI will receive and process transactions as a normal business day.
- December 30 - The CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00pm ET for the quarterly release. DME MAC Jurisdiction A will not run cycles in observance of the New Year. DME MAC Jurisdictions B, C, and D will run claim cycles. CEDI will receive and process transactions as a normal business day for claims received before 3:00pm ET
- December 31 – End of the transition year, and the beginning of 5010 production environment!
2012 Schedule of Important CEDI Events
- January 2 – CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of the New Year. DME MAC will not run cycles.
- January 16 – CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day. DME MAC Jurisdictions A, B, and C will not run cycles. DME MAC Jurisdiction D will run claim cycles. CEDI will receive and process transactions as a normal business day.
- March 30 – The CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00pm ET for the April Quarterly Release and Code Updates.
- June 29 – The CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00pm ET for the July Quarterly Release and Code Updates.
- September 28 – The CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00pm ET for the October Quarterly Release and Code Updates.
