PC-ACE Pro32 Version 2.34 Upgrade Available

 

The PC-ACE Pro32 version 2.34 upgrade is now available for download from the CEDI Web site http://www.ngscedi.com under Software Downloads and Documentation. The link to this page is http://www.ngscedi.com/downloads/Downloadindex.htm

The Installation Code to run the upgrade is NGSMAC1.

An Upgrade Instructions for PC-ACE Pro32 document is available on the CEDI Web site to assist in upgrading the software. Version 2.34 includes:

• updates to the code lists including the Claims Adjustment Reason Codes, Remittance Advice Reason Codes, HCPCS Codes, and Diagnosis Codes
• ability to send the required 5010A1 claim format

If you did not previously upgrade to version 2.32, please be sure to submit the 5010/D.0 Production Migration form on the CEDI Web site (http://www.ngscedi.com, at the top of the Software Downloads and Documentation page). Once you receive the e-mail confirmation that the form has been processed, you will be able to submit claims. You may upgrade your software while you wait for the form to be processed. Also, please read over the document posted on that page entitled PC-ACE Pro32 Migration Updates. It contains important information regarding the 5010 claims format and changes in the PC-ACE Pro32 software, and can be done while waiting for the 5010 migration confirmation. For any additional questions not covered in this document, please contact the CEDI Help Desk at ngs.cedihelpdesk@wellpoint.com with your Trading Partner ID. To check the current version you are using, click on the Help option on the PC-ACE Pro32 software and select About PC-ACE Pro32.
