Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Help Desk Closed Due to Inclement Weather



The CEDI Help Desk closed Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) due to inclement weather and will not be available to answer phone calls. The CEDI Help Desk will resume answering telephone inquires on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will remain open for Trading Partners to exchange electronic transactions.

Note: There may be a longer delay in the CEDI Help Desk reopening depending on the duration of the storm.
