43 Days to Transition to the 5010/D.0 Formats

After 3:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) on Friday, December 30, 2011 Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) will no longer accept claims sent in the 4010A1 or NCPDP 5.1 formats. If you have not already transitioned to 5010/D.0, contact your software vendor immediately to find out when you will be transitioned to the new format. If your vendor will not be upgrading your current software product, you need to find a new software vendor, billing service or clearinghouse now to avoid any disruption in submission of your claims.

If you are a vendor who has not been approved by CEDI for 5010 and/or D.0 production transactions, you need to complete this as soon as possible to avoid negative impacts to your customers.

PC-ACE Pro32 users should complete the 5010 Production Migration Form and upgrade their software to version 2.32 which is available on the CEDI Web site http://www.ngscedi.com/ under the Software Downloads and Documentation page.
