CEDI Front-End Acknowledgment Files for 5010A1 Claim Files

The Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) is currently experiencing a delay in returning the Front-End acknowledgment files for 5010A1 claims to our Trading Partners.

National Government Services is working diligently to improve this performance. Please be assured that all claim files received are being accounted for and reports will be produced.

If you have transmitted claim files but have not received your front end reports, do not resubmit the files. Doing so will create additional files for processing and decrease the response time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. National Government Services will keep you updated as we work to bring our CEDI environment back to the service levels we have been able to provide.
