CEDI Observance of the New Year Holiday
In observance of the New Year holiday, National Government Services, Inc. will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2023.
The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal, and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.
All DME MAC Jurisdictions:
Will not run a cycle on Monday, January 2, 2023.
All claims received after 3:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 30, 2022 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 with a receipt date of Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
CMN Rejection Reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. ERAs from the December 30, 2022 cycle will be available by Tuesday, January 3, 2023. ERAs will next be available on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
