CEDI Observance of Labor Day

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, the CEDI Help Desk will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claim Portal will be available.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, September 7, 2026 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday, September 4, 2026 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 with a receipt date of Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced from the DME MACs Tuesday night cycles (September 8, 2026) will be available Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
