CEDI Observance of Memorial Day

Attention All CEDI Trading Partners, Suppliers, Billing Services, Clearinghouses, and Vendors

In observance of Memorial Day, the National Government Services office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2009.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for Trading Partners to exchange transactions on Monday, May 25, 2009.

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, May 22, 2009 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox between Saturday, May 23 and Monday, May 25, 2009.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, May 25, 2009 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday May 22, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday May 26, 2009 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday May 26, 2009 with a receipt date of Tuesday, May 26, 2009. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, May 27, 2009.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced Tuesday night will be available Wednesday, May 27, 2009.
