Observance of the Juneteenth Holiday

In observance of Juneteenth, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available to exchange transactions on Friday, June 19, 2026, however the DME MAC Jurisdictions will NOT run cycles on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Thursday, June 18, 2026 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Friday, June 19, 2026. The next available Electronic Remittance Advices will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Tuesday, June 23, 2025.
