In observance of the Christmas holiday, National Government Services, Inc. offices, will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.
DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D:
Will not run a cycle Thursday, December 25, 2025
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 26, 2025 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D with the receipt date of December 26, 2025.
ERAs from the December 24, 2025 cycle will be available by Thursday, December 25, 2025. ERAs will next be available by Monday, December 29, 2025.
DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C:
Will not run cycles on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Thursday, December 25, 2025.
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 26, 2025 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C with the receipt date of December 26, 2025.
ERAs from the December 23, 2025 cycle will be available by Wednesday, December 24, 2025. ERAs will next be available by Monday, December 29, 2025.
New Year’s Day
In observance of the New Year holiday, National Government Services, Inc. will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal, and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.
All DME MAC Jurisdictions:
Will not run a cycle on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
All claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 2, 2026 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Friday, January 2, 2026 with a receipt date of January 2, 2026.
ERAs from the December 31, 2025 cycle will be available by Thursday, January 1, 2026. ERAs will next be available on Monday, January 5, 2026.
